Bio
During his high school years, Shohei developed a deep appreciation for Japan's agricultural landscape while travelling across the country on a bike. He studied at Keio University in Japan which afforded an opportunity to study agricultural management abroad at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in the USA. To further broaden his knowledge and experience, Shohei interned at farms in Brazil, Kagoshima and other locations. After graduating, he joined McKinsey & Company's agriculture team. Then, in 2016, Shohei founded Nihon Agri.
