BIO
As the Managing Director of Raseto Agricultural Enterprise, Motlatsi oversees the broiler production unit which accommodates 120 000 broiler chickens per placement cycle.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Environmental Science and a minor in Geoscience from Midwestern State University in Texas, USA. Motlatsi pursued further studies in Supply Chain Management at the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Subsequently, she was selected to be part of the Corteva Women Agripreneur Programme, as well as the Africa-Asia Business Partnership Forum at the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), an affiliate of the University of Pretoria.
Motlatsi is also an emissary for the Africa Europe Asia Business Council (AEABC). The AEABC seeks to promote trade and investment around the world. It was founded in 2019 to support the emergence of the African continent and to promote the business opportunities arising thereof.

About Raseto Agricultural Enterprise CC
Raseto Agricultural Enterprise has been established as an agribusiness currently involved in broiler production, livestock and horticulture. A family-owned business, it is located 40 km from Mafikeng in the Klippan area under the Ngaka Modiri Molema District Municipality. The broiler production unit consists of 120 000 broiler chickens per placement cycle. Raseto has a 20-year grower contract with Supreme Poultry, a subsidiary of Country Bird Holdings. The livestock production unit consists of cattle and goats. Strategic partnerships with butcheries have been established and they currently supply private clients with livestock.

The horticulture production unit is for home consumption and consists of subsistence crops (spinach, cucumber, pepper, tomato, onion, pumpkin and sweet potato). Raseto Agricultural Enterprise aspires to venture into a controlled environmental system on the farm and to promote trade and investments around the world.
